How do I get started?

  • Call or email us if you have questions or would like help choosing the right service or practitioner.
  • Book directly online by clicking the “Book Now” button on our website to schedule your first appointment.
  • If you’re unsure and would like to speak with someone first, you can book a free 15-minute phone consultation by clicking the “Free Consult” button. 

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are typically scheduled on a weekly basis. The number of sessions needed varies depending on your goals and concerns; it’s different for everyone. This can be discussed during your initial consultation.

In addition to in-person sessions, we provide online therapy using secure, encrypted online video software that you can use on your computer, table or phone. Telephone sessions are also available if preferred.

Participation in therapy is entirely voluntary, and you may choose to end treatment at any time without any financial or contractual obligation.

Please note we are available by appointment only and do not accept drop-ins.

Our fees are in line with recommendations of the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA). OHIP does not cover fees for psychological or neuropsychological services, but many extended health care plans cover the cost of services provided by a registered psychologist. Please check with your insurance provider to determine if services are covered under your plan. We bill clients directly and they receive a receipt with the information required to submit their claims to their insurance company for reimbursement. We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard) payment.

If we’re not the best fit for your needs, we’ll work with you to find care that is. Your wellbeing is important to us and we’re committed to making sure you get the support you deserve, even if it’s not with us.
